The agency is led by four driven, knowledgeable founders. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and creative Content Writer to join our team and help the business flourish. 

Job Description

As a Content Writer at Another Concept, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

You will work closely with our founder, Tom, to develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients’ goals and brand voices.

This position requires a creative thinker with strong writing skills, a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work from our Leeds City Centre office twice per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, in-depth guides and landing pages.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audiences and competitive landscapes to inform content development.
  • SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimised for search engines and aligns with current SEO strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, technical experts, developers and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that support overall marketing objectives and client goals.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity and consistency to maintain the highest standards of quality.


  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
    • A strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
    • An ability to conduct in-depth research and present information in a clear, engaging manner.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • An ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that capture audience attention.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML (preferred).
